Pricing

We keep it simple: flat-rate pricing, no hourly fees, and a clear return on investment — often exceeding 10x.

Our soil fertility valuation services are billed on a per-acre basis — typically $30–$40/acre — depending on whether new soil testing is needed. There are no hourly fees or hidden costs. Many farmland owners recover 10x or more in tax deductions by claiming excess fertility as a depreciable asset under IRS Section 180 or Section 167.

How Our Pricing Works

$40/acre
For fields that need new soil testing

  • We coordinate third-party sampling using zone or grid methods

  • Samples are submitted to a certified lab for full fertility analysis

  • Price includes all coordination, lab costs, and valuation work

  • Ideal if no qualifying soil test exists from time of acquisition

$30/acre
If you have prior qualifying soil test results

  • You provide lab results from the time of acquisition or inheritance

  • We verify data quality and apply the same scientific valuation methodology

  • No sampling or lab coordination required

  • Same level of IRS-ready documentation

  • Faster turnaround — often under 3 weeks

Note: Expedited turnaround available — contact us for details.
